Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project

The Bihar Rural Livelihoods Project is a Government of Bihar initiative aiming to reduce rural poverty by empowering the poor communities and enhancing their livelihood. The project will be implemented in six disticts ove five years with World Bank assistance. The project has following positions open :

  1. State Project Manager Capacity Building : 01 post
  2. Chief Finance Officer : 01 post
  3. Project Manager – Microfinance : 01 post
  4. Project Manager – Comunication : 01 post
  5. Procurement Specialist : 01 post
  6. System Analyst : 01 post
  7. Procurement Assistant : 02 posts
  8. Data Administrator : 2 posts
  9. DTP Operator : 01 post
  10. Accountant : 01 post and Cashier : 01 post
  11. Steno cum Personal Assistant : 01 post
  12. District Project Coordinators : 06 posts
  13. District Training Coordinators : 06 posts
  14. District Training officers : 18 posts
  15. Block Project Managers : 16 posts

Reservation Policy of Govt of Bihar will be applicable. Working knowledge of MS Office environment is essential for all positions (1-15). All Positions are offered on a contract basis for a period of three years, renewed annually based on review of performance. Remuneration would be fixed based on qualification and years of experience.
